Gerty differ
Gerty Schiede (born August 11, 1921 in Dessau , † January 22, 2007 in Gauting ) was a German writer who published her works under the pseudonym Patricia Vandenberg .
Life
She wrote over 1,500 booklet novels with a total circulation of over 170 million copies, the best known of which is the series of novels Dr. Norden , which is now being continued by her former daughter-in-law Elke Zumbusch-Stieber, also under the pseudonym Patricia Vandenberg. The Kelter Verlag owns the sole publishing rights for the series.
The author also wrote some novels for romantic thriller series such as Irrlicht . Gerty Schiede was also the author of the series Im Sonnenwinkel - Fates about Mother and Child . The series was published from 1989 to 1992, had 75 editions and has been reprinted repeatedly since then. The 10th edition has now been reached (as of 2009).

The actress Vanessa Jung is a granddaughter of Gerty Schiede.
