Business park is an industrial area and residential area in the district of Külsheim in the Main-Tauber district in the Franconian north-east of Baden-Württemberg .

Business parks I ( ⊙ ), II ( ⊙ ) and III ( ⊙ ) were created clockwise south, south-west and west-south-west of the core town of Külsheim. Business Park I can be reached via Wolferstetter Weg and Landesstraße 504 . The industrial park II can be reached via the L 504 as well as via the state road 509 . Business park III can be reached via the L 509.

Business park I
The city of Külsheim's first industrial park was built in the Külsheimer Hundsäcker area .
Business park II
After the Prinz-Eugen-Kaserne, founded in 1964, was closed in 2006, the 42-year history of Külsheim as a garrison town ended. As a result, the city Kuelsheim took over after land negotiations with the Federal Agency for Real Estate Affairs , the former Bundeswehr property with all the buildings in their possession. As part of a conversion , Gewerbepark II was then created with commercial and residential areas. For this purpose, the city founded the Business Area Külsheim GmbH in 2008 , which takes care of the conversion of the Bundeswehr location into a business location.
The former barracks area is located in the southwest of Külsheim. The barracks area is bounded from northwest to north by state road 509 and from north to northeast by state road 504 .
Business park III
In Won Taubenbaum was Commercial Park III opened. This is on the L 509. Industrial Park II is on the opposite side of the street .

There are small monuments around the business parks.
- Small monument no.45 (Külsheim): wayside shrine. Very beautiful Madonna. On the inscribed base is a winding column with a volute capital. Maria wears a duchess crown. At the junction from the L 504 (area Gewerbepark II ) to the L 509 (near Gewerbepark III ).
- Small memorial No. 57 (Külsheim): wayside shrine. Life-size free figure known as a cross tug. On the L 509. Near the industrial park III .
