Ghalymshan Qoishybayev

Ghalymschan Qoischybajew ( Kazakh Ғалымжан Телманұлы Қойшыбаев , Russian Галымжан Тельманович Койшыбаев * 12. April 1968 in Kyzylorda , Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh diplomat and since December 2008. Kazakh Ambassador to Lithuania .

biography

Qoishybayev graduated from Lomonosov Moscow University in 1991 and received a doctorate in 1994. He then worked as an attaché at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Russia, before holding the post of first secretary from 1997 to 1998. From 1998 to 2004 he was counselor in the Kazakh embassy in Russia.

In 2004 he was appointed plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan for the organization of the Collective Security Treaty and in the same year he was appointed chief inspector of the presidential administration of Kazakhstan. In 2006, Qoishybayev entered the service of the Foreign Ministry for the first time by becoming the special envoy of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry .

Since December 2008 he has been Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Lithuania . In February 2009, its remit was extended to Latvia , Estonia and Finland .
