Ghulam Ahmad Bilour (born December 25, 1939 ) is a Pakistani politician and former railroad minister of his country.

Born Haji Sahib, Bilour comes from Bajaur , a Pakistani tribal area under federal administration .

politics

In his youth he supported Fatima Jinnah's election campaign . He is a member of the Awami National Party .

Calls for murder

On September 22, 2012 Bilour sat for the murder of the producers of the film The Innocence of Muslims , nakoula basseley nakoula and other employees and producers of the film, a bounty of 100,000 USD from. It was a private initiative by Bilour without the consent of the Pakistani government. A spokesman for Pakistan's Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf and Bilour's party distanced themselves from the appeal.

In February 2015, Bilour announced that he would give the 100,000 dollars to the heirs of the assassins who had committed the attack on the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo . Another $ 200,000 would be given to those who killed the owners of Charlie Hebdo .
