Giacomo Puosi (born March 30, 1946 in Viareggio ) is a former Italian sprinter .

In the 4-by-100-meter relay , he was seventh at the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City and fifth at the European Athletics Championships in Athens in 1969 .

In 1971 he won bronze in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the European Championships in Helsinki and was eliminated over 400 m in the preliminary run. At the Mediterranean Games , he won over 400 m silver.

At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he was eliminated in the first round of the 4 x 100 meter relay.

In 1970 he was Italian champion over 200 m .
