Gianmarco Zigoni (born May 10, 1991 in Verona ) is an Italian football player who is currently under contract with AC Milan , but is loaned to FC Venice . He is the son of Gianfranco Zigoni , who was also active as a professional football player.
Career
society
Gianmarco Zigoni began his career in the youth team of FBC Treviso , for whose professional team he appeared in 18 games in Serie B in the 2008/09 season and contributed two goals. In July 2009 he signed the AC Milan, the transfer fee should have been around 1.2 million euros. The striker made his debut on 28 March 2010 at the home game against Lazio in Serie A , as he, after 78 minutes Filippo Inzaghi came off the bench for the first time and thus aground for AC Milan. The game ended in a 1-1 draw.
In July 2010, as part of the transfer from Sokratis , who signed with AC Milan, he joined CFC Genoa on a co-owner basis with Nnamdi Oduamadi and Rodney Strasser .
For the 2011/12 season, Zigoni was loaned to AS Avellino 1912 . After six months at FC Pro Vercelli , another six months followed in Avellino, before he was awarded to US Lecce for the 2013/14 season .
In the 2014/15 season, Zigoni was initially awarded to AC Monza Brianza . Since the loan was terminated prematurely, a loan deal with SPAL Ferrara followed in the second half of the season , which ended on June 30, 2015. In the course of preparation, the clubs were able to agree on another loan deal, which was planned for two years. With Ferrara Zigoni managed first promotion to the Serie B , one year later even the walkover in the Serie A . However, Zigoni's loan ended in the summer of 2017, after which it was loaned to FC Venice .
National team
Zigoni has already been used several times in the youth national teams of Italy. In 2009 he ran in both the U-18 , U-19 and U-20 of Italy and was able to score five goals in a total of nine games.
