The Giełczewka is a left tributary of the Wieprz in the Lublin Voivodeship in Poland .

geography

The river has its source in the village of Giełczew Druga at an altitude of around 270 meters. From there it flows first in a north-easterly and then in a northerly direction, takes in the Radomirka streams coming from the left and the Sierotka near the small town of Piaski , crosses the streets Droga krajowa 17 and Droga krajowa 12 and joins after a run of almost 45 kilometers the village Siostrzytów in the Wieprz. The catchment area is given as 359 km².
