Gil Blumenshtein ( Hebrew גיל בלומנשטיין) (Born May 21, 1990 in Netanya ) is an Israeli soccer player .

Career

youth

Blumenshtein began his career with Beitar Nes Tubruk and joined the youth team at Villarreal in summer 2004 . After two years in the youth of Villarreal FC, he returned to Israel for the 2006/07 season and signed with Hapoel Ironi Rishon LeZion FC , where he only stayed for one year. In summer 2007 he did a trial training with the KAA Gent in Belgium and got a contract, but he did not get beyond the reserve role and returned to Israel in December 2007 , where he signed with Maccabi Netanja .

Professional career

In the summer of 2008, Blumenshtein signed his first professional contract with Maccabi Petah Tikva , however, he was not used as a professional. This was followed by this unsuccessful first professional season, a move to league rivals Hapoel Be'er Scheva , where he celebrated his senior debut on September 26, 2009 against Maccabi Petah Tikva. On July 5, 2010 he successfully completed a trial training session at the Scottish Scottish Premier League club Inverness Caledonian Thistle .

In the summer of 2011 he went looking for a club in Germany and completed a. a. a trial training at SG Dynamo Dresden . Since October 27, 2011, the attacking midfielder has been in trial training at TSV 1860 Munich .
