Gina Bramhill

Gina Bramhill (born July 30, 1989 in Eastoft , North Lincolnshire ) is a British actress .

Life

Gina Bramhill grew up on a farm at Eastoft . As a child she had her first acting experiences and was seen in several school plays. She completed her acting training at RADA ( Royal Academy of Dramatic Art ). Shortly after graduating, she took on the role of Bella in the movie Lotus Eaters . In 2012 she played Eve Sands in the British television series Being Human . In the same year she got one of the leading roles in the drama pilot for the television series The Frontier . In the television series Coronation Street , she portrayed Jodie Woodward. In 2014 she played the lead role in the film Pleasure Island . This was shown at the Cannes Film Festival 2014 , among others .

In addition to her appearances in films and television productions, Bramhill can also be seen in the theater. In 2011 she played the rebellious teenager Annabel in the play Chicken at the Southwark Playhouse. In August 2014 she appeared as Melody in the play Bad Jews at the Ustinov Studio in Bath.
