Giovanni Columbu
Giovanni Columbu (* 1949 in Nuoro ) is an Italian television and film director .
Life
Columbu graduated from Milan with a degree in architecture , moved to Cagliari in 1979 and worked there until 1999 for RAI , for which he was in charge of numerous programs with different content; u. a. he made numerous documentaries , of which Visos was shown as an Italian contribution to international trade fairs. He worked with Oliviero Toscani and published a number of books.
In 2001 he made the movie Arcipelaghi , which like many films fell victim to the crisis of domestic film and was hardly shown.
Columbu continues to write on film and television.
