Giovanni Picco
Giovanni Picco (born December 21, 1896 in Arigliano , Italy , † August 14, 1984 ) was an Italian clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Vercelli .
Life
Giovanni Picco received on 10 July 1921, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On November 15, 1962, Pope John XXIII appointed him . the titular bishop of Anaea and Auxiliary Bishop of Vercelli. The Archbishop of Vercelli, Francesco Imberti , donated him episcopal ordination on December 16 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Casale Monferrato , Giuseppe Angrisani , and the Bishop of Pavia , Carlo Allorio .
Giovanni Picco attended the second, third and fourth sessions of the Second Vatican Council .
On November 5, 1967, Pope Paul VI. the resignation put forward by Giovanni Picco.
