Girl Code is an American television series that first aired on MTV on April 23, 2013 . There are several female singers, actresses and comedians on the series, along with a few single men, and they offer tips on how they think girls or young women should behave. Frequent topics are dealing with boys and friends.

The series is a spin-off of the show Guy Code (here now from a female point of view), which also runs on MTV. The first season of Girl Code was in its timeslot the most successful show on cable television with female viewers aged 12 to 34 years. In the US, the fourth season of the series ran in the summer of 2015.

In Germany, the series is broadcast on the paid channel MTV Germany . Since September 28, 2015, the program has also been running on the free-to-air sister program Nickelodeon in its program window Nicknight .
