Gisela Schwarz (politician, 1943)

Gisela Schwarz (born November 12, 1943 in Wesermünde , today Bremerhaven ) is a Bremen politician ( SPD ) and former member of the Bremen Parliament .

biography

education and profession

After graduating from high school, Schwarz trained to become a qualified financial economist. From 1966 to 1990 she was a clerk in the tax administration, including 18 years as a tax auditor . Since 1991 she has been released from her other official duties as chairwoman of the staff council. Based on Section 29 of the Bremen Representatives Act, the employment relationship was suspended for the duration of the membership in the citizenry.

She has been a member of the German Tax Union since 1964.

Schwarz is a member of the SPD.

From June 1999 to May 2007 she was a member of the Bremen citizenship. She was represented in the following committees:

  • Committee for Federal and European Affairs, International Contacts and Development Cooperation
  • Committee on Equal Rights for Women
  • Works committee for the Bremen City Library and the Bremen Adult Education Center
  • Waste Management Committee
  • Legal Committee
  • State port committee

She was also a member of the municipal deputation for culture.

Further memberships

Schwarz is a member of the Broadcasting Council of Radio Bremen and a member of the program advisory board at ARTE . In the German Association of Civil Servants , she is the chairwoman of the Bremen women's representation and an assessor in the state board.
