Glüsing is part of the municipality of Berne in the Wesermarsch district in Lower Saxony . The place is south of the core town of Berne. The state road L868 leads through the village from Berne to Neuenkoop . The Berne flows on the eastern edge of the village .
A stork care station has been located in Glüsing since 1992. The breeding colony of white storks here is unique in Germany.
