Scientists working in a secret laboratory in South Africa celebrate a party that is attacked by Nile Spencer, an environmentally motivated terrorist, and fellow combatants. The terrorists steal deadly viruses. The virologist Dr. Sera Levitt, the only one who can produce an antiserum, is kidnapped.

Nile threatens to kill humanity. The US military is considering using nuclear weapons against the terrorists.

The mercenary Marcus Poynt is fighting the terrorists on a command mission. He is disturbed by a gang of diamond smugglers.

Reviews

  • "TV direct": "Exciting action hit"
  • "All Movie Guide" (Buzz McClain): There is a lot of plot, but the events that follow are not connected. The production offers lavish equipment, including many explosions and shootings, but little tension. Thanks to the charm of Mädchen Amick, Daniel Bernhard's charisma as a good guy and the wickedness of Joel West, the thriller is tolerable. (Source in the dictionary answers.com )
