Girl E. Amick (born December 12, 1970 in Sparks , Nevada ) is an American actress . She owes her first name to her mother, Judy, of German descent, who didn't want a common American first name.

Life

Girl Amick's parents Judy and Bill divorced when she was two and a half years old. A short time later, her mother married a musician who taught the three-year-old child to play the piano . Later, under the guidance of the stepfather, other instruments such as bass , violin and guitar followed .

While still at school she had the desire to become an actress and took acting classes at Robert McQueen High School in Reno . In addition, she learned different dance styles, including tap dance , ballet , jazz dance and modern dance .

In 1987, at the age of 16, Amick moved to Los Angeles to become a professional actress. She first worked as a model and dancer in various music videos by Rick Astley and Julio Iglesias .
