Godragpa Sonam Gyeltshen
Godragpa Sönam Gyeltshen ( Tib. ཀོ་ བྲག་ པ་ བསོད་ ནམས་ རྒྱལ་ མཚན ; w. Ko brag pa bsod nams rgyal mtshan ; * 1182 in Tingri (Dingri); † 1261 ) or Godragpa ( ko brag pa ) for short a Tibetan master of Tibetan Buddhism . He is the founder of the Godrag monastery on the upper Nyang River in Gyangzê and the Godrag school tradition ( ko brag pa ) named after the monastery , an independent, smaller school of tantric Buddhism . He is one of the teachers of the Drugpa Kagyu master Yanggönpa . He invited Vibhuti Chandra from Balpo (Nepal) to Dingri.
The Gegs sel ha dmigs rgya mtsho is one of his most famous works .
