Gold Medal from the Archaeological Institute of America
The gold medal of the Archaeological Institute of America ( English Gold Medal Award for Distinguished Archaeological Achievement ) is an archeology price of the Archaeological Institute of America .
The prize has been awarded annually since 1969. Archaeologists and historians are honored for outstanding work, publications or teaching.
