Goran Aleksić (born April 5, 1985 , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Croatian football player . In 2010 he last played at the highest level at SK Austria Kärnten in the Bundesliga .

Career

Aleksić began his career in the youth departments of Dinamo Zagreb and in Germany at SpVgg Unterhaching . In January 2005 he moved from the youth department of Zagreb to Slovenia to NK Olimpija Ljubljana . In his first and only season he finished sixth in the top Slovenian league.

The next season he signed with NK Radnik Velika Gorica , who competed in the third Croatian league. After two years in Velika Gorica , he moved to Austria to the third division club SV Horn . After eighth place in the first season, they became runner-up in the Regionalliga Ost in the following season. Then Aleksić said goodbye to Austria for the time being and returned to Croatia and played for HNK Segesta Sisak until the winter transition period 2009/10 . There he completed some games in the 2nd HNK, the second division of Croatia.

In January 2010 he returned to Austria and went to SK Austria Kärnten . The Croatian made his debut in the top Austrian division on February 20, 2010 against FK Austria Wien . Aleksic was substituted for Markus Pink in the 80th minute . The game ended 1: 4.
