from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Gordon Reinholz (* 1979 in Eberswalde ) became known as the chairman and main organizer of the neo-Nazi Free ComradeshipMärkischer Heimatschutz ” and as a speaker and organizer of right-wing extremist marches with a focus on Brandenburg .

Leading activist of the free comradeship scene in Brandenburg

Gordon Reinholz from Eberswalde became active in the East German neo-Nazi scene after the political change in the GDR and was a regular visitor to a city youth club dominated by right-wing extremist youth. It was here that Frank Schwerdt and Christian Wendt became aware of him, who in Berlin and Brandenburg set up free comradeships around the Berlin association “ Die Nationalen ” and trained young cadres for this purpose. Together with Reinholz, they set up the youth organization “Young National Spectrum” (JNS). Reinholz was also noticed a little later when he was distributing propaganda material in the upper school center in Eberswalde, in which the Holocaust was denied .

In 1997 Reinholz founded the "Comradeship Association Barnim". On November 24, 2001, at the instigation of Reinholz, the Märkische Heimatschutz was founded. The association had around 45 members in 2004, and Reinholz was in charge of it. The aim was to strengthen the right-wing extremist scene in the Barnim and Uckermark districts. Reinholz and the MHS maintained close ties to the Berlin comradeships "Kameradschaft Tor" and "Berliner Alternative Süd-Ost", which were banned in 2005 . In addition, he is heavily involved in the supraregional association “ National and Social Action Alliance for Central Germany ”. On November 4, 2006, the MHS disbanded.

The activities also include “ anti-anti-fascist work”. During several house searches in the residential and business premises of Reinholz in Eberswalde in 1999, 2003 and 2004 it was found that he systematically collected addresses and personal data from alleged anti-fascists and other political opponents, but also from police officers, judges, public prosecutors and journalists. In 2002, weapons and instructions for making bombs were confiscated from other MHS (board) members.

Since 2001, Reinholz has been producing the “Märkischer Boten” and “Uckermark Boten”, two regional right-wing extremist newspapers in the successor to the Berlin-Brandenburger Zeitung , with Schwerdt , thereby participating in the “National Media Association”. In the journal “Mitteldeutsche Jugendzeitung”, co-responsible by Reinholz, there was the assertion of a “ long-planned genocide against Germany [...] by means of total penetration ”: “ According to the Jewish Holocaust recipes , it was and still is the alien races that are brought into the overcrowded Rumpf- Germany flooded and left. "

Functionary of the NPD

In 1998 Reinholz joined the NPD together with Frank Schwerdt and quickly took on managerial functions, such as assessor on the board of the NPD youth organization “ Young National Democrats ” (JN) and NPD base manager for Barnim / Uckermark. Due to tensions with other party members and older neo-Nazis, Reinholz was expelled from the NPD in early 2002. According to rumors, he was alleged to have embezzled materials and party funds and to have been active as an employee of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution.

After that, Reinholz approached the NPD again and stood as a “representative of non-party organizations” for the NPD in the 2005 Bundestag elections in sixth place on the Berlin state list and as a direct candidate in the Berlin-Mitte constituency.

Speaker and organizer at right-wing extremist rallies

Reinholz often appears as an organizer and speaker of or at right-wing extremist rallies with a focus on Berlin and Brandenburg, such as B. 2002 in Hoyerswerda , 2003 in Berlin, Cottbus and Strausberg, 2004 in Schwedt , Bernau , Strausberg and Potsdam. He also appeared as a speaker at a conference of the right-wing extremist Working Group for Democratic Politics (AFP) in Feldkirchen (Carinthia, Austria) between October 15 and 17, 2004.

Criminal record and preliminary investigation

Reinholz, who appears offensively as a “nationalist” in public, distanced himself from violence. On the other hand, there are several preliminary investigations and convictions for relevant offenses such as dangerous bodily harm , suspected formation of a criminal organization and attempted coercion. For example, according to the Brandenburg Office for the Protection of the Constitution, in 2003 he drove at full throttle towards two police officers. On August 13 of the same year, Reinholz was caught while sticking posters with the likeness of Hitler's deputy Rudolf Hess in Joachimsthal .
