Gotthelf Friedrich von Schönberg (1681–1745)

Gotthelf Friedrich von Schönberg (* 1681 ; † August 26, 1745 ) was a royal Polish and electoral Saxon chamberlain and lord of Thammenhain , Trebitz and Lauterbach . After the death of Wolf Rudolph von Schönberg , he married his widow and took possession of Purschenstein Castle , which led to long-term disputes within the family.

He came from the Saxon noble family von Schönberg , son of the father of the same name Gotthelf Friedrich von Schönberg (1631–1708) and left behind the four children Gotthelf Friedrich von Schönberg († 1750), Henriette Sophie bew. Councilor of Einsiedel and later General of Marschall, Johanna Christiana, married to Chamberlain Moritz Friedrich von Schönberg, and Rudolph Dietrich von Schönberg .
