Gottlob Friedrich Bernhard von Schippert

Gottlob Friedrich Bernhard Schippert , from 1886 von Schippert , (born October 14, 1820 in Heilbronn , † October 5, 1893 in Ellwangen (Jagst) ) was a Württemberg governor.

Life and work

Gottlob Friedrich Bernhard Schippert was the son of a city assistant in Ellwangen. After taking his high school diploma in 1838, he studied criminal sciences in Tübingen , in 1842 he passed the 1st and in 1843 the 2nd higher service examination. In 1843 he became auditor at the Oberamt Biberach , and from 1844 to 1848 an actuary at the Oberamt Ehingen . From 1848 to 1850 he worked as a clerk and from 1850 to 1852 as a clerk at the Ministry of the Interior in Stuttgart. From 1852 to 1856 he was an assessor in the replacement commission, during this time he was also a member of the central management of the charity, the poor commission and the commission for the adjustment of the community association. From 1856 to 1861 he was then Oberamtmann in Welzheim , from 1861 to 1866 in Calw and from 1866 to 1872 in Reutlingen . In 1872 he became a councilor in the government of the Jagstkreis in Ellwangen. In 1887 he retired.
