The Grace Rocks are striking rock spurs on the Knox coast of the East Antarctic Wilkesland . They tower on the south side of the confluence of the Apple Glacier in the Scott Glacier .
They were mapped using aerial photographs taken during Operation Highjump (1946–1947). The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1971 after Lieutenant Philip J. Grace, a pilot in the United States Navy in Operation Windmill (1947-1948), who was involved in setting up astronomical observation stations between Kaiser Wilhelm II. Land and the Budd -Coast was involved.
