The Graham Spur is a 505  m high and mainly icy mountain ridge on the Wilkins coast of the Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . With prominent rocky outcrops in the center and at the foothills, it rises 10 km south of James Nunatak on the northwest side of the Hughes Piedmont Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it in 1974. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1976 after William L. Graham, biologist with the United States Antarctic Research Program and scientific director of the Palmer Station in 1972.
