The Grand Eyvia is a 32 km long tributary of the Dora Baltea . It arises after the confluence of the rivers Urtier and Valnontey near Crétaz , Cogne . Then it flows through the Gran Paradiso National Park and flows past the Cogner districts of Épinel and Laval , and the district of Vieyes of Aymavilles . The Grand Eyvia flows into the Dora Baltea near Aymavilles. During its course it crosses inaccessible gorges. The water quality is clean. The Raggio Verde campsite in Épinel is also by the river .
