Grand Prix Chantal Biya
The Grand Prix Chantal Biya is a Cameroonian road bike race .
The race was held for the first time in 2001 and has been held annually in October since then. Start and finish is the Cameroonian capital Yaoundé , the tour lasted over three stages. It is organized by the Fédération Camerounaise de Cyclisme, the Cameroonian cycling association. The race is named after Chantal Biya , the first lady of Cameroon and wife of President Paul Biya . The stage race has been part of the UCI Africa Tour since 2006 and is classified in category 2.2.
