The 11th Grand Prix Chantal Biya took place from September 29th to October 2nd, 2011 in Cameroon . The bike race was held in a prologue and three stages over a distance of 485 kilometers. The stage race was part of the UCI Africa Tour 2012 , was classified there in category 2.2 and also marked the start of the 2011/2012 cycling season in Africa .

The Cameroonian Yves Ngue Ngock secured the overall victory with almost two minutes ahead of the Slovakian Marek Čanecký . Sébastien Reichenbach from Switzerland completed the podium in third place.

Participating teams

A Slovak and an Ivorian national team as well as the Cameroonian cycling clubs SNH, Cyclosport and Douala Velo Club were at the start.
