Gregory "Greg" Boester (born November 27, 1968 in Los Angeles ) is a former American ski jumper .

Career

Boester made his international debut on December 2, 1990 as part of the Ski Jumping World Cup in Lake Placid . However, after he only reached rank 59 and thus landed beyond the points, it took more than two years to make his international appearance again. It was not until February 1993 that he started as part of the national team at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun, Sweden . Boester achieved 58th place on the normal hill and 50th place on the large hill. In March 1993 he started again in the World Cup in Lahti and Oslo , but was again without any points.

Despite this failure, he was part of the squad for the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer a year later . In team jumping he reached 11th place together with Randy Weber , Ted Langlois and Kurt Stein . It was his last international appearance.
