Gregor Hartl

Gregor Hartl (born February 22, 1902 in Laufen (Salzach) , † April 11, 1980 in Munich ) was a German politician of the CSU .

After attending a humanistic grammar school, Hartl studied law in Munich and graduated in 1928 with the state examination. In 1929 he began as an assessor for the government of Lower Bavaria in Landshut . From 1931 to 1936 he was a councilor in the Wertingen district office , then until 1938 at the Augsburg police department . From 1938 he headed the district office in Regen , after which he became district administrator for the districts of Cham , Neunburg vorm Wald and from 1952 Vilsbiburg . In 1958 he moved into the Lower Bavarian District Assembly, where he became Vice President in 1962. From 1964 to 1969 he was also a member of the Bavarian Senate . In 1971 he became president of the Bavarian State Association for Fruit, Horticulture and Land Care.

Hartl lived in Vilsbiburg all his life . He was a member of the Catholic student union KStV Ottonia Munich.
