Grigori Emmanuilowitsch Lutschanski ( Russian: Григорий Эммануилович Лучанский ; born February 8, 1945 in Tashkent , Uzbek SSR , Soviet Union ) is a major international entrepreneur. He is the founder of the Austrian Nordex Group, Senior Vice President of the International Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ICIE), President of the Russian Center for Investment Projects and Programs (CIPP) and member of the Presidium of the Jewish Congress of Russia.

Lutschanski attended the State University of Steel and Alloys in Moscow (MISIS) from 1963 to 1968, specializing in metallurgical engineering. Imprisonment
