Grigori Sergejewitsch Bukin ( Russian Григорий Сергеевич Букин ; born June 10, 1992 ) is a Russian natural track tobogganist . He has been competing in the World Cup since the 2010/2011 season and took part in a European Championship for the first time in 2012 .

Career

Bukin starts in the single-seater and took part in two World Cup races for the first time in the 2010/2011 season . In Novouralsk , Russia , he finished 20th in the first race and 19th in the second race, making him fourth from bottom. He finished 34th in the overall World Cup, tied with his compatriot Anton Petuschkow . The next year he took part in the Junior World Championships 2012 in Latsch , where he finished tenth in the single-seater as the best Russian. Two weeks later he also started at the 2012 European Championships in Novouralsk, where he finished 19th in the single-seater. His only World Cup race in the 2011/2012 season was the one in Novouralsk just before the European Championship. With the 15th place as well as in the European Championship he achieved a placement in the midfield and was 40th in the overall World Cup.
