Peckensen's large stone grave

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The large stone grave of Peckensen was a possible megalithic grave complex of the Neolithic deep-engraving ceramic culture near Peckensen , a district of the municipality of Diesdorf in the Altmarkkreis Salzwedel , Saxony-Anhalt . It was probably destroyed in the 19th century at the latest. A description of the facility is not available, its possible existence is only documented by the designation "Steinstücke" on a historical measuring table.
