For the first time to be found on a music carrier is the version of the bots hit, The Soft Water , The Waterfall, which was translated from the American together with Pete Seeger . Copywriter Dehm had already edited the piece for the 125th anniversary of the SPD , and it was then performed by Willy Brandt , accompanied by Albert Mangelsdorff on the trombone.

The release party took place on June 15, 2012 at the frannz Club in Berlin . Since the album was released, the artists have made several joint appearances, for example on September 14, 2013 at the concert “Liebeslieder gegen Bankenmacht” in Hanover with Konstantin Wecker , Heinz Rudolf Kunze , Purple Schulz and Manfred Maurenbrecher . reception

The album was discussed and portrayed in the music magazine Melodie und Rhythmus and the online magazine Deutsche Mugge of the "Verein Musik aus Deutschland eV - Community for the promotion and dissemination of demanding German and German-language music". The authors Petra Meißner and Christian Reder see the album “... more or less a retrospective. However, not a 08/15 best of, but an album with previously unreleased songs and new recordings of well-known titles, e.g. B. by Anne Haigis or Klaus Lage [...] It's one of the most varied albums I've heard so far. Not just because of the music, but also because of the stories surrounding the pieces. ”Further reviews appeared in the magazines Nitro - Independent magazine for media and current affairs and Das Magazin - Kultur.Gesellschaft.Leben.Seit 1924 .
