GP Sven Nys

The GP Sven Nys is a Belgian cyclocross race .

It is named after the racing driver Sven Nys and has been held at the beginning of the year on January 1st in his hometown Baal since 2000 . Nys was able to win twelve of the 20 events to date, making it the record winner of the competition. The race is part of the Bpost bank trofee .

In 2019, the Swiss Jolanda Neff won the women's race and the Dutch Mathieu van der Poel was able to successfully defend his title from the previous year on January 1st.
