Gruberau is a village in the Wienerwald community in the Mödling district of Lower Austria.
Gruberau is the northernmost place in the Wienerwald community, which extends from here to the southeast. Gruberau is also the westernmost town in the Mödling district. This is where the L 127 and L 130 state roads cross. Gruberau is also known for the Schusternazl country inn , which has now reopened after turbulence.
