Outlines of German law

The Grundrisse of German Law were a series of legal textbooks in the time of National Socialism .

The floor plans were published by Mohr Siebeck Verlag in Tübingen between 1935 and 1944 and were published by the two civil law experts Heinrich Stoll and Heinrich Lange . They competed with the fundamentals of law and economics published by the Hanseatische Verlagsanstalt in Hamburg and the jurisprudential outline series by Junker and Dünnhaupt in Berlin.

The following ten volumes were published:

  • Volume 1: Heinrich Stoll: Deutsches Bauernrecht , 1935, 2nd edition 1938 (supplemented by Fritz Baur ), 3rd edition 1942, 4th edition 1943, 5th edition 1944.
  • Volume 2: Heinrich Stoll: Contract and Injustice , 2 half volumes, 1936, 2nd edition 1941/42, 3rd edition 1943, 4th edition 1944.
  • Volume 3: Arthur Nikisch : Labor Law , 2 half volumes, 1936, 2nd edition 1944.
