The Guangming Daily ( Chinese 光明 日报 , Pinyin Guāngmíng Rìbào ) is a Chinese daily newspaper that has been published daily since 1949. With a circulation of 490,000 copies, it is one of the most popular newspapers in China .
In 1998 the newspaper's website gmw.cn was launched, which is now one of the most visited websites in the world. In August 2016, she finished seventh in China.
