The Gubben ( Norwegian for husband ) is a 1420 m high nunatak in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the Gjelsvikfjella des Fimbulheimen it rises north of the Nunatak Kjerringa and the Mayr chain .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named him in 1991 based on the naming of Nunataks Kjerringa (Norwegian for wife ).
