Guido Mazany (born November 22, 1959 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Mazany was playing for Fortuna Düsseldorf's amateurs when he made his Bundesliga debut in the 1978/79 season under coach Hans-Dieterippenhauer . On the 32nd matchday he was substituted on for Thomas Allofs in the 85th minute of the game in a 3-2 win against Arminia Bielefeld . In 1980 Mazany moved to the 2nd Bundesliga for Preußen Münster , with whom he finished 13th in the table in the 1980/81 season . Thus Prussia rose from the Oberliga Westfalen . He stayed another year and then moved to Sweden to Vasalunds IF . After a year he returned to Germany. He played for 1. FC Bocholt in the Oberliga Nordrhein . With Bocholt he won the championship in the 1983/84 season by six points over Viktoria Köln .
