Guo Zhengxin (born August 1, 1979 in Harbin ) is a former Chinese figure skater who started in a single run .

Along with Zhang Min and Li Chengjiang, Guo Zhengxin belonged to the first generation of Chinese single runners who were able to establish themselves in the expanded world elite from the mid-1990s. In 1996 he was third in the Junior World Championship in Brisbane and repeated this success the following year in Seoul . This makes him the first male individual runner to win a medal for China at an ISU championship. He was considered strong, but weak in presentation. Guo is the first figure skater to successfully complete two quadruple toe loopsjumped in the same freestyle program. He is also the first runner to show a quadruple-to-loop-double-toe combination at the Olympic Games.
