Gustav Adolph von Rutschmann (born January 9, 1793 in Rodalben (Palatinate), † January 23, 1845 in Karlsruhe ) was a German ministerial official and director of the United Forests and Mines in Baden.

Life

Gustav Adolph Rutschmann studied law at Heidelberg University from 1810 and became a member of the Corps Suevia Heidelberg in the same year . After completing his studies, he joined the Baden administration as an intern in the war office in Karlsruhe and in 1816 became secretary in the Baden Ministry of Finance. In 1823 he was promoted to Finance Council at the General Commission. He later became an employee of the United Forests and Mines, which was created as a special authority in 1832 and, as Ministerialrat, its director as successor to Wilhelm Ludwig Dietz . For the electoral district of the city of Karlsruhe, Rutschmann was a member of the Second Chamber of the Baden Estates Assembly .
