Gustav Brühl

Gustav Ernst Brühl (born June 18, 1871 in Berlin ; † November 21, 1939 there ) was a German ear specialist.

Career

Brühl received his training in Vienna and Freiburg with Adam Politzer and Bloch and at the Anatomical Institute of Emil Zuckerkandl .

He received his doctorate in 1894 and worked as an ear doctor in Berlin from 1898. There he completed his habilitation in 1903 and was appointed professor in 1908. He carried out histological studies on the organ of Corti and worked on otosclerosis .
