Gustav Hauberg

Gustav Hauberg (born August 18, 1916 in Kiel , † July 18, 1977 in Hanover ) was a German orthopedist . Most recently he was a professor at the Medical University in Hanover and medical director of the Annastift .

Life

From 1938 Hauberg studied medicine at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel . After the state examination and doctorate in 1943, he completed his training as a specialist in orthopedics. From July 1951 to January 1952 he was acting head of the orthopedic clinic in Kiel, then first senior physician at the orthopedic university clinic "Friedrichsheim" in Frankfurt am Main . On March 10, 1961, he was appointed adjunct professor at the University of Frankfurt . From 1961 to 1977 Hauberg was the medical director of the Annastift in Hanover . From 1969 he represented the field of orthopedics as a lecturer and from 1971 as a member of the faculty of the medical college.
