Gustav Holtzmann
Gustav Holtzmann , also C. Gustav Holtzmann or Gustav Holzmann , (* presumably in Breslau ; † 1860 in Berlin ) was a German architect and construction clerk .
Gustav Holtzmann was first mentioned in 1828 when he became a member of the Berlin Architects' Association . Before 1843 he started as a private builder and in 1852 became a city planner in Berlin.

- 1839–1841: Anhalter Bahnhof (with Rosenbaum, broken off in 1873)
- 1844/45: Construction management: Jacobikirche (design: August Stüler )
- 1845–1849: Municipal Friedrichs orphanage Rummelsburg (boys' houses preserved); Probstei of the Nikolaikirche, Propststr. 7 (not preserved, today the location of the inn " Zum Nussbaum ")
- 1852: Drafts for the renovation of the old Berlin town hall (not executed)
Honors
- In 1846 he received the Order of the Red Eagle IV. Class.
- Gustav-Holzmann-Strasse in Berlin-Lichtenberg has been named after the architect since September 25, 2006.
