Gustav Lange (politician)

Bernhard Gustav Max Lange (born March 2, 1846 in Neisse , Silesia; † December 15, 1892 in Liegnitz , Silesia) was a merchant and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Long attended secondary school in Neisse and became a businessman. From 1881 he was a member of the magistrate as an unpaid councilor in Liegnitz , a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the district synod. From 1889 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the constituency of Liegnitz District 5 (city and district of Liegnitz . In a by-election on March 25, 1890, he became a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Liegnitz District 6 Goldberg-Haynau and the German Liberal Party . Both mandates ended with his death.
