Gustav Raemisch

Gustav August Alexander Raemisch (born January 21, 1845 in Lüben , † December 10, 1912 in Lyck ) was a German lawyer and politician . He was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives (1887–1888).

Life

Born as the son of a book printer and print shop owner, Raemisch studied law in Berlin (1863–1866) after attending grammar school in Görlitz . During his studies in 1863 he became a member of the Normannia Berlin fraternity . In Berlin, he became because of a duel to a lockup financial penalty condemned . After graduating, he was 1868 court clerk at the Court of Appeal Glogau and in 1869 at the Court of Berlin , later county judge and 1868 magistrate and district judge in Legnica . In 1887 he was elected a national-liberal member of the Prussian House of Representatives (constituency Liegnitz 5), to which he belonged until 1888. After that he was district court director in Poznan until 1893 and from 1899 district court president in Lyck.
