The Guthridge nunatakkers are a dispersed group of sharp-edged nunatakers and small mountains in the Gutenko Mountains of the Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . They extend over a length of about 35 km and a width of about 10 km halfway between the Rathbone Hills and the Blanchard Nunatakkern . This group includes Mount Jukkola , Lokey Peak , Walcott Peak and Randall Ridge , among others .
They were mapped in 1974 by the United States Geological Survey . The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named her after Guy G. Guthridge (* 1941), director of the Polar Information Service of the National Science Foundation and since 1989 member and from 1994 chairman of the US-ACAN.
