Guy Gale
Guy Frederick Anthony Gale ( April 11, 1918 - July 4, 1992 ) was a British racing driver .
Career
Guy Gale was a major in the British Army and competed in sports car racing on his off duty in the early 1950s . He achieved all of his six race victories in national races. His best international result was second overall at the Spa-Francorchamps 24-hour race in 1953 . Gale drove a Jaguar C-Type of the Ecurie Ecosse together with James Scott-Douglas in the 1953 sports car world championship race .
