Guy Hendrix Dyas

Guy Hendrix Dyas (born August 20, 1968 in England ) is a British production designer .

After studying at the Royal College of Art in London, he first worked as a product designer for Sony in Tokyo . Some of his designs and designs are on display at the Wakita Museum in Tokyo, the Tanashima Gallery and the Design Museum in London .

In 1993 he moved to San Francisco in order at the company Industrial Light & Magic as art director to work. After working as an illustrator for several films, he got his first job as a production designer for the film X-Men 2 in 2003 . In 2011, his sets for Christopher Nolan's science fiction thriller Inception earned him a first Oscar nomination.

Guy Hendrix Dyas lives alternately in Great Britain and the USA.
