The Hälsinglands Fotbollförbund (German Football Association of Hälsingland ) is a regional football association in Sweden . He is one of the 24 member associations of Svenska Fotbollförbundet . It is based in Söderhamn and organizes football matches in the former province of Hälsingland . The association currently consists of 61 members and is headed by Bengt Thyrsson.
